How The Gears Mesh

Remit twice, return once

Months one and two of a quarter each get a 0619E remittance. The quarter then closes with the 1601EQ, which reports payees, amounts, and the tax withheld, reconciling the remittances.

The EWT calculator computes each withholding; the invoice helper shows both sides of a payment.

The Certificates

2307s make it creditable

Each payee receives a quarterly 2307 so the withheld tax credits against their own income tax. The year summarizes on the 1604E with the alphalist of payees.
